此次环境下的解决方法如下：
请确认客户端程序中调用的URL 书写是否正确，我是把URL
http://localhost:8080/xfire-base-demo/services/HelloWorldService?wsdl
去掉 ?wsdl 改成：
http://localhost:8080/xfire-base-demo/services/HelloWorldService
再次运行客户端程序即正确。
